Job Title: Senior SAP EWM Consultant
Experience: 6 – 9 Years
Location: Anywhere in India

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead design, configuration, and implementation activities in large-scale SAP transformation projects. The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality EWM solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations (embedded or decentralized) including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, internal movements, cross-docking, and physical inventory.
•    Configure EWM components such as:
o    Warehouse structure setup (storage types, sections, bins, work centers)
o    RF framework and mobile data entry
o    Labor management and wave management
o    Slotting/re-arrangement and Yard Management
o    Integration with SAP MM, SD, and TM modules.
•    Define and document functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
•    Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user training.
•    Provide post-implementation support, resolve incidents, and optimize processes.
•    Lead or mentor junior consultants and participate in project governance.

Required Skills and Experience:
•    6–9 years of total experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
•    Experience in at least two full-cycle EWM implementations.
•    Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
•    Knowledge of integration with ECC/S4HANA, including Inbound/Outbound, HU Management, and MFS (Material Flow System).
•    Experience with EWM-MFS, RF Framework, and Batch/Serial Number Management is an advantage.
•    Experience working in S/4HANA Embedded EWM environments preferred.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
Education
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
