Position: SAP HCM Solution Architect
Exp: 10 - 14 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/New Delhi/Mumbai
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Solution Architecture & Blueprint Design
• Lead the blueprinting and solution design phase for EC, Time, and ECP modules, capturing global HR, time, and payroll
processes end-to-end.
• Translate business objectives into Solution Blueprints, covering data models, integrations, business rules, workflows,
and payroll design.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard / Explore workshops, validate process fitment, and document design decisions and deltas.
• Own and review key design deliverables — Blueprint Documents, Solution Design Documents (SDDs),
Process Maps, Integration Diagrams and Configuration Workbooks.
• Ensure cross-module alignment among EC, Time, Payroll, and other modules (RCM, ONB, COMP, PM-GM).
• Establish and maintain a global-to-local design framework, balancing standardization
with statutory compliance (e.g., GCC, India, ANZ).
Required Skills & Experience
Functional & Technical Expertise
• 10–14 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, including 5+ full-cycle EC + ECP implementations.
• Deep design-level expertise in:
o Employee Central (Core HR, Foundation Objects, Workflows, Business Rules, Position Management)
o Employee Central Time Off / Time Tracking (Accruals, Valuation, Work Schedules, Time Sheets)
o Employee Central Payroll (Schema, PCR, P2P, BIB, PCC, Posting Integration)
• Working knowledge of other modules — Onboarding 2.0, Compensation, PM-GM, Succession, and Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration (Payroll Posting, Cost Centers, HR-FI Data Flows).
• Experience drafting Blueprints, Process Flows, and Functional Design Documents (beyond configuration workbooks).
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors release management and impact analysis.
Consulting & Leadership Skills
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills — able to lead cross-functional workshops independently.
• Ability to challenge requirements diplomatically and drive SAP best-practice alignment.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and cross-module dependencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with CXO and IT leadership.
• Capable of mentoring EC, Time, and Payroll consultants through design and realization.
