Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant specializing in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (OT-VIM), you will lead the design, implementation,

and optimization of invoice management solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end

project delivery, providing technical and functional expertise, and mentoring junior consultants. Your role will involve close

collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of OT-VIM with SAP and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of OpenText VIM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design,

configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to analyze and document business processes related to invoice

management and accounts payable.

• Design and configure OT-VIM workflows, business rules, and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA.

• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OT-VIM, SAP, and related integrations.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.

• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for end-users and support teams.

• Stay updated on the latest OT-VIM features, SAP updates, and industry best practices.

• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP and OpenText VIM implementation and support.

• Deep understanding of accounts payable processes and invoice management best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience with OT-VIM configuration, workflow design, and SAP integration.

• Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, including FI, MM, and workflow modules.

• Experience with data migration, system integration, and troubleshooting complex issues.

• Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
