Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across enterprise landscapes. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, SAP ecosystem modernization, digital transformation strategy, business process harmonization, and end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program execution.
The ideal candidate will drive architecture governance, target operating model design, integration strategy, cloud adoption, and transformation roadmap execution while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. 
•    Define target enterprise architecture aligned with business and digital transformation goals. 
•    Design and govern SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across: 
o    Finance 
o    Supply Chain 
o    Procurement 
o    Manufacturing 
o    Sales & Distribution 
o    HR integrations 
o    Analytics and reporting 
•    Drive SAP landscape simplification, modernization, and cloud transformation strategies. 
•    Define: 
o    Application architecture 
o    Integration architecture 
o    Data architecture 
o    Security architecture 
o    Infrastructure roadmap 
•    Lead architecture assessment workshops and current-state vs future-state analysis. 
•    Develop transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and phased implementation plans. 
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize and optimize business processes. 
•    Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise governance standards. 
•    Provide architectural leadership for: 
o    Greenfield 
o    Brownfield 
o    Hybrid migration approaches 
•    Oversee integration with enterprise systems including: 
o    Non-SAP applications 
o    Cloud platforms 
o    Middleware 
o    Data lakes 
o    Third-party applications 
•    Establish architecture governance frameworks, standards, and review mechanisms. 
•    Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for transformation programs. 
•    Support program leadership in estimation, planning, vendor management, and executive reporting. 
•    Mentor solution architects and technical teams across multiple workstreams. 

Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
•    15–20 years of IT experience with strong enterprise architecture background. 
•    8+ years in SAP architecture and large transformation programs. 
•    Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. 
•    Strong knowledge of: 
o    SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration 
o    RISE with SAP 
o    SAP BTP 
o    SAP Fiori 
o    SAP Activate methodology 
o    SAP integration suite 
•    Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks: 
o    TOGAF 
o    Zachman 
o    ArchiMate 
•    Experience with: 
o    Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) 
o    API-led integration 
o    Microservices architecture 
o    Hybrid landscapes 
•    Strong understanding of: 
o    Master data management 
o    Data migration 
o    Governance and compliance 
o    Security architecture 
•    Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. 
•    Experience managing global delivery teams and system integrators. 

Preferred Qualifications
•    SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or Enterprise Architecture. 
•    TOGAF certification preferred. 
•    Experience in manufacturing, retail, pharma, BFSI, or supply chain domains. 
•    Exposure to agile delivery and DevSecOps models. 
•    MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
