Job Summary:
NTT DATA Business Solutions India is looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience as SAP SuccessFactors business users, HRIS analysts, key users or super users who are interested in transitioning into consulting roles. The role requires strong business process understanding and the ability to participate in customer discussions and requirement gathering activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in business requirement discussions and workshops
• Analyze and document business processes and customer requirements
• Support process design and improvement initiatives
• Work with consulting teams during implementation and support engagements
• Support testing activities and user acceptance testing
• Assist in change management and process adoption activities
• Translate business requirements into functional understanding
Required Skills:
• Hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors as an end user, key user or HRIS user
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Experience in modules such as EC, PMGM, Recruiting, LMS or Talent Management
• Experience participating in UAT and process discussions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and documentation capability
