Role: Senior SF Consultant with excellent verbal, written English and confident delivery when communication.
Required Skills & Certification:
Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central primarily with strong Time Management skills
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Management Consultant to participate in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Employee Central and Time Management solutions, conducting testing, and supporting go-live activities.
Knowledge of AskHR 
Understanding SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP BTP, and how they integrate with each other.
Knowledge of SAP HCM, S4 HANA and CPI Integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL
Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management implementations.
•    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Core HR and Time processes.
•    Configure Employee Central foundation objects, workflows, business rules, event reasons, position management, and employee lifecycle processes.
•    Configure Time Management components including: 
o    Work Schedules
o    Holiday Calendars
o    Time Profiles
o    Time Recording Profiles
o    Time Type Profiles
o    Absence Management
o    Attendance Recording
o    Overtime and Time Valuation
•    Design and implement business rules and workflow configurations.
•    Perform data migration activities, validation, and reconciliation.
•    Execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning.
•    Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues.
•    Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and project documentation.
•    Support client workshops, solution design discussions, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
•    Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and/or Time Tracking.
•    Knowledge of MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
•    Experience with data migration tools and import/export processes.
•    Understanding of EC integrations with Payroll and other SuccessFactors modules.
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•    Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
•    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
•    SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Off/Time Tracking) Certification.
•    Experience with Employee Central Payroll integration.
•    Knowledge of Integration Center, CPI/BTP integrations, and reporting tools.

Work within an offshore SF Team to deliver the highest quality results for our UK client within deadlines for BAU and SF Projects.
Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology using SAP best practice. Contribute accurate and timely, weekly and Monthly reports to Client.
Manage ticket escalations: root cause analysis, providing solution/ workaround and effective communication with Clients.
Make sure the governance adherence, as per client policy and processes ,for BAU Incidents, Service Request and Change Requests/ Enhancement requests.
Manage , plan, demonstrate and support Successfactors Half yearly release with Business partners/ PS Systems Team.
Support the growing Successfactors Landscape. Actively support Successfactors Instance refresh in co-ordination with Working Environment Group and cross functional teams like Finance and Payroll. 
Keep up to date with latest SAP SF release/ enhancements and have appetite to learn new functionalities such as Joule/AI
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to mentor and boost the development your peers within your offshore team.
