SF Employee Central - Platinum Consultant - L4

 

Position: SF EC Platinum Consultant

Relevant Experience: 10-15 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/New Delhi

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

 

Key Skills: EC Core, EC Time Off, EC Benefits, RBP, Position Management, MDF,

                   Workflows, Data Migration Tools, Point-to-Point (PTP) integration or EC

                   Payroll (ECP) integration or BIB integration at an advanced level with 2+

                   projects.  Experience in Integration with 3rd Party vendors using

                   Integration Center or CPI.

 

Job Description:

•   10 to 15 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least 4 End-to-End

     Implementations in Employee Central (Core) and 5+ Support projects.
•    Required: Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core). 
•    Required: Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management
•    Required: Working knowledge of integrating/configuring SAP IAS and Joule is a must. 
•    Good to Have: Knowledge on configuring SAP Work Zone is a plus
•    Experience in configuring Foundation Objects, Corporate Data Model, and Country-

     Specific Data Models.
•    Hands-on experience in Position Management, Global Assignment, and Concurrent

     Employment.
•    Working knowledge of Role-Based Permission (RBP) frameworks, including

     permission groups, roles, and target populations.
•    Working knowledge of Story Reports (People Analytics) or Advanced Reporting
•    Good experience in Business Rules (MDF), Workflows, Event Reasons, and

     Derivation Rules for automated data changes.
•    Experience with Metadata Framework (MDF) for creating custom objects and UI

     Screen Designer.
•    Experience translating complex client business rules (e.g., pay structures, leave

     eligibility) into technical business requirements.
•    Experience in HRIS Sync and integration with downstream modules like Performance

     & Goals, Recruitment, and Compensation.
•    Good experience with Data Migration tools (Import Foundation Data, Import

     Employee Data) and ensuring data integrity during cutover. 
•    Experience in Point-to-Point (PTP) integration or EC Payroll (ECP) integration or BIB

     integration at an advanced level with 2+ projects
•    Experience in Integration with 3rd Party vendors using Integration Center or CPI.
•    Experience in SF EC Time Off or EC benefits is a must

 

•    Benefits:
§   Experience in configuring various Benefit Types: Allowance, Reimbursement,

      Pension/Retirement, Insurance, and Savings Plans.
§   Hands-on experience in Benefit Eligibility Rules, Enrolment Workflows, and Benefit

      Claims management.

§   Working knowledge of Take Rules to manage leave eligibility, seniority-based

      entitlements, and validation logic.


•    Time Off:
§   Hands-on experience in Accrual Rules, Accrual Periodicity, and rules.
§   Experience in configuring Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Account Types,

      and Time Types.
•    Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve

     problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
•    Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process

     to bring them to speed on all HR Core & Time or Benefit management processes
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
•    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing

     and Support.
•    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development    
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and

      concisely
•    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
•    Need to be a team player
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree
•    Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow 
•    Business Travel: Project-specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
