SuccessFactors Learning Management Certified Consultant with Implementation and Support Experience.
Customer centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, result driven approach and collaborative skills. These skills are essential to essay the role of an. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
•    5 to 8 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least 3 End-End-To Implementations in LMS and 3+ Support projects
•    Required: Certified in SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
•    Experience in Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync and iContent and Proxy Configuration  
•    Hands on experience in LMS Reporting PRD 
•    Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments and Learning Permissions
•    Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics
•    Working knowledge of integrating/configuring any Survey Platform, like Qualtrics with SuccessFactors
•    Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS 
•    Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Skillsoft)  
•    Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements  
•    Experience in Integration with CDP 
•    Good experience with different types of Items, Prerequisite/substitute items, Catalogue, Curriculum, Period based Curriculum, Scheduled offering, Collection, External links, Quiz, Exam, Survey, Assignment Profiles
•    Experience in Validate LMS (VLMS) 
•    Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
•    Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them to speed on all Learning/Talent management processes
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
•    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and Support.
•    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development    
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
•    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
•    Need to be a team player
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree
•    Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow 
•    Business Travel: Project-specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
