Job Title: Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) modules to enhance employee performance tracking and goal alignment.
Key Responsibilities
•    Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) modules.
•    Configure performance review forms, goal plans, route maps, and rating scales.
•    Manage goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
•    Configure Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
•    Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
•    Support integration with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Learning.
•    Conduct system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
•    Prepare functional documentation and provide user training.
Required Skills
•    Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management).
•    Knowledge of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, and Calibration.
•    Experience with Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and system configuration.
•    Understanding of performance management processes and HR workflows.
•    Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
•    Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
•    Knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules.
