Position: SF EC – Time Tracking Lead Consultant

Relevant Experience: 6- 10 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/New Delhi

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

 

Job Description:

Time Tracking (SF EC Time or HCMS) Certified Consultant with Implementation and Support Experience.
Customer centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, result driven approach and collaborative skills. These skills are essential to essay the role of an. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
•    6 to 10 years of experience in Time Tracking with at least 3 End-to-End

     Implementations in Employee Central (Core) and 3+ Support projects.
•    Required: Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management or SAP Certified

      Associate - SAP S/4HANA HCMS.
•    Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Time Tracking (TTR):

     Configuring Time Sheets, Time Valuations, Overtime calculation rules, and Clock In

     Clock Out functionality.
•    Hands-on experience in S/4HANA HCM Time Management (PT): Configuring Work

     Schedules, Time Data Recording (Info types 2001-2013), and Time Evaluation

     (RPTIME00) using schemas and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules).
•    Deep understanding of Geofencing and Geo-tagging configuration for mobile-based

     time recording within SuccessFactors.
•    Experience in Integration between SF Time and S/4HANA Payroll: Configuring the

     replication of time data (Time Pay Types/Wage Types) via Point-to-Point (PTP) or SAP

     Cloud Integration (CPI).
•    Knowledge of Cross-Application Time Sheets (CATS) in S/4HANA and its integration

     with Project Systems (PS), Internal Orders (IO), or Plant Maintenance (PM).
•    Working knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework) for custom time objects in SF and

     Feature (PE03) or Operation modifications in S/4HANA HCM.
•    Experience in Terminal Integration: Connecting third-party physical biometric

     devices with either CPI or other middleware (like Boomi, Postman etc.,) via interfaces

     or flat file-based integrations.
•    Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics for time-related KPIs and

     S/4HANA standard time reporting/queries.
•    Experience translating complex global labor laws (Overtime, Night Shifts, Public

     Holidays, and Premium Pays) into technical logic for both Cloud and On-Premise

     environments.
•    Data Migration/Conversion: Experience in mapping and migrating historical time data

     and balances from legacy systems to SF Time Tracking or S/4HANA.
•    Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve

     problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
•    Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process

     to bring them to speed on all Time management processes
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
•    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing

     and Support.
•    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development    
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and

     concisely
•    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
•    Need to be a team player
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree
•    Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow 
•    Business Travel: Project-specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
