Time Tracking Certified Consultant with Implementation and Support Experience.

• 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with a proven track record as a Solution Architect for complex, global Time Management with at least 4 End-to-End Implementations in Time Tracking & HCM/SF environment and 5+ Support projects.
• Required: Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and SAP SuccessFactors EC Core
• Required: Certification in SAP S/4HANA HCM Time Management or SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA HCMS
• Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Time Tracking (TTR) and/or S/4HANA HCM Time Management:
• CATS & PS Data Replication: Knowledge of Cross-Application Time Sheets (CATS) in S/4HANA and its integration with systems like SAP S/4 HANA Project Systems (PS)
• Expertise in Solution Design: Leading the architectural design for global templates, ensuring scalability across multiple countries with diverse labor laws, union agreements, and collective bargaining requirements.
• Complex Time Valuations: Architecting advanced valuation logic in SF Time Tracking (TTR) and complex Time Evaluation (RPTIME00) Schemas/PCRs in S/4HANA to handle multifaceted overtime and premium pay scenarios.
• Strategic Integration Design: Designing end-to-end integration landscapes between SF Time Tracking, S/4HANA, and EC Payroll, including Point-to-Point (PTP), CPI-based middleware, and custom BAdI implementations.
• Hybrid Landscape Orchestration: Expert in designing hybrid architectures (e.g., SF Time Off with S/4HANA Time Evaluation) and managing the data flow/synchronization between Cloud and On-Premise systems.
• Clock In Clock Out Strategy: Architecting enterprise-grade time recording solutions involving third-party biometric terminals, Geofencing/Geo-tagging, and mobile-first strategies for frontline workforces.
• Global Compliance & Legal Design: Translating intricate statutory requirements (e.g., Working Time Directive, FMLA, Shift Differentials) into robust, automated technical designs that minimize manual payroll adjustments.
• MDF & Schema Engineering: Advanced experience in extending the Metadata Framework (MDF) for custom Time objects and optimizing S/4HANA Time Management features for high-volume processing.
• Data Migration & Cutover Leadership: Designing strategy for complex historical time data migration, including the conversion of "Live" time balances and accrual period transitions.
• Cross-Module Architecture: Aligning Time Management designs with Position Management, Project Systems (PS), and Plant Maintenance (PM) to ensure accurate labor costing and resource allocation.
• Analytics & Insights: Designing advanced reporting frameworks using Story Reports (People Analytics) and S/4HANA embedded analytics to provide executive-level insights into workforce productivity and absenteeism.
• Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them to speed on all core HR & Time management processes
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and Support.
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
• Need to be a team player
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow
• Business Travel: Project-specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
