Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator & Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce administration, customization, development, deployment, and support activities while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, security settings, and system configurations. 
•    Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. 
•    Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Asynchronous Apex processes. 
•    Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. 
•    Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and REST-based integrations/services. 
•    Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation tools. 
•    Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions. 
•    Perform data migration, data cleansing, data loading, and data management activities. 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and performance bottlenecks. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and integrations. 
•    Manage source control and deployment activities using Git and CI/CD pipelines. 
•    Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance processes. 
Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM as both Administrator and Developer. 
•    Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Security Model, and Platform Customization. 
•    Proficiency in: 
o    Apex Classes 
o    Apex Triggers 
o    Batch Apex 
o    Asynchronous Apex 
o    Visualforce 
o    REST APIs/Services 
o    Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
o    Aura Components 
•    Experience in Salesforce data migration and data management activities. 
•    Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD deployment processes. 
•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. 
Preferred Qualifications
•    Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II. 
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
•    Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools and DevOps practices.
