Job Description:

•    Conducts requirement workshops, creates concepts, and presents results. 
•    Coordinates and advises in the development of complex technical solutions. 
•    Plans, implements, tests, and documents in-house developments, and debugs, analyzes, and troubleshoots issues. 
•    Designs and maintains Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate code testing and deployment. 
•    Tracks software performance, fixes errors, troubleshoots systems, and implements preventive measures for smooth workflows. 
•    Optimizes cloud resources and implements cost-effective solutions.
•    Operates Automation Platform on Kubernetes (Ansible + Kubernetes skills)
•    Implements and manages infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). 
•    Collaborates with development and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and deploy new features smoothly.
•    Automates repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency.
•    Implements security best practices, including automated compliance checks and secure code deployment. 
•    Monitors and maintains systems, identifying and addressing any issues or potential problems. 
•    Conducts regular security assessments and addresses vulnerabilities. 
•    Documents technical specifications, best practices, and development processes. 
•    Fosters a culture of collaboration and communication within the team. 

Reporting / Organization

•    Part of a team of 10 Developers & DevOps Engineers
•    Reports to the Global Service Area Manager – Automation Platform
