Job Description:

SAP Project Manager – Public Cloud
Role Overview:The SAP Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:
Manage full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (Greenfield or migration).
Lead project teams across geographies and time zones.
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Methodology & Tools:
Apply SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Use tools like SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, Jira, MS Teams, and Planner.
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and support change management.
Client Engagement:
Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Lead workshops, demos, and CxO-level presentations.
Manage contracts, change requests, and commercial execution.
Team & Quality Management:
Mentor and support project team members.
Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Business Development:
Support pre-sales activities and identify upsell opportunities.
Align project delivery with strategic business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5–10+ years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 years in Public Cloud.
Experience in managing large-scale SAP transformations.
Certifications in SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum preferred.
Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills.
Skills:
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation expertise.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
