Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with 8–14 years of SAP expertise, including strong hands-on experience in SAP Treasury, Cash Management, Risk Management, and Financial Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP TRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions.
Configure and support the following SAP TRM components:
Transaction Manager
Money Market
Foreign Exchange
Securities Management
Derivatives Management
Risk Analyzer
Hedge Management
Exposure Management
Cash and Liquidity Management
Bank Account Management
In-House Cash (preferred)
Design and configure financial instruments, deal processing, valuation, accruals, and accounting flows.
Integrate SAP TRM with SAP FI, CO, FSCM, Cash Management, and external banking systems.
Support treasury operations including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, investments, borrowings, and risk reporting.
Work closely with finance, treasury, accounting, and banking stakeholders.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
Perform testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Support month-end and year-end treasury accounting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP where applicable.
Provide production support and troubleshoot complex treasury-related issues.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution design and best practices.
Required Skills
8–14 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5+ years of dedicated SAP TRM experience.
Strong expertise in:
SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
Transaction Manager
Cash & Liquidity Management
Bank Account Management
Financial Risk Management
Treasury Accounting
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions.
Strong understanding of treasury products including:
Loans
Investments
Foreign Exchange
Derivatives
Securities
Knowledge of accounting integration and posting flows.
Experience with interfaces to banks and treasury management processes.
Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury for Cash Management.
Experience with Hedge Management and Hedge Accounting.
Knowledge of SWIFT integration, BCM (Bank Communication Management), and payment processes.
Exposure to FSCM modules.
SAP Treasury and Risk Management certification is preferred.
Experience in global implementation projects.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA qualifications are an added advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience in multinational treasury environments.
Exposure to Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
Experience working with global stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams.
