Lead ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Developer

Role / Position Title: Lead Consultant - HRSD    Required Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation and architecture of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and enterprise HR system integrations, providing technical guidance to project teams and leading successful client deployments.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the architecture, configuration, development, and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events), and HR Knowledge Management.
•    Design custom HR workflows, catalog items, record producers, and automated business rules tailored to HR operational needs.
•    Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP) using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services.
•    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
•    Collaborate closely with HR business stakeholders, project managers, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•    Drive solution review, technical design documentation, release management, and platform upgrade impact assessments.
Qualifications & Skills Required
•    8 to 10 years of professional IT implementation experience with at least 5+ years specializing in ServiceNow HRSD.
•    In-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery architecture, ESC portal development (Widget development, Angular Provider, HTML/CSS), and Lifecycle Events engine.
•    Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Workflow Engine.
•    Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and managing client deliverables.
•    Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and complex API integrations.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
•    Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)
•    Certified System Administrator (CSA)
•    Certified Application Developer (CAD)
