Job Title: Senior SAP Test Automation Consultant (Tricentis Tosca)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years max

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Automation Consultant with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP S/4HANA testing. The candidate will lead automation design and implementation, mentor team members, and drive automation strategy across large SAP transformation programs..

Key Responsibilities : 

• • • Lead SAP automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca.
    • Design scalable automation frameworks and reusable automation assets.
    • Develop automated test cases for SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, APIs, and integrated applications.
    • Implement and manage Test Data Management (TCD/TDS).
    • Support CI/CD integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
    • Conduct automation feasibility assessments and effort estimations.
    • Define automation standards, governance, and best practices.
    • Review automation scripts and ensure quality compliance.
    • Lead SIT, FUT, UAT, and Regression automation cycles.
    • Mentor junior automation engineers and perform technical reviews.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and solution architects.
    • Produce automation metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.

Required Skills 

• 6-8 years of Testing experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of Tricentis Tosca experience.
• Strong SAP testing experience in S/4HANA, ECC, or SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Model-Based Testing, TCD/TDS, DEX, and Unattended Execution.
• Experience automating SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, Web, API, and integrated applications.
• Experience with JIRA, qTest, ALM, SAP Cloud ALM, or Solution Manager.
• Strong knowledge of test management, defect management, and release testing.
• Experience leading small to medium automation teams.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist/Architect Certification.
•    ISTQB Advanced Certification.
•    Experience with SAP transformation, migration, or rollout programs.
•    Knowledge of SAP Change Impact Analysis (LiveCompare) and DevOps practices

Nice to Have 

• Tosca Cloud experience.
• SAP Test Automation Tool (TAT) experience.
• Exposure to AI-assisted test automation and self-healing automation concepts.
• Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Products industries.
