ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Experience: 5–8 years
Certification: HRSD
Location: PAN india
Overview

• 5+ years of hands on technical experience

• Skilled in requirement facilitation, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and documentation

• Strong expertise in HRSD, preferably Talent Development. Experience in Employee Lifecycle Management - onboarding, training, career progression, and succession planning.

• Solid technical foundation with broad platform knowledge

• Proven delivery experience on enterprise scale implementations

• Quick learner who is comfortable working through ambiguity


Required Skills
•    Strong ServiceNow platform expertise
•    JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
•    Integration experience
•    CMDB understanding (where applicable)
•    Good communication and problem-solving skills
