ITOM Developer
Experience: 5–7 years
Certification: Discovery & Service Mapping

Location-Hyderabad, Bangalore (Prefered)
Overview
We are looking for an experienced ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
•    Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
•    Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP)
•    Ensure adherence to best practices and governance
•    Perform testing and support UAT
•    Provide production support and enhancements
Required Skills
•    Strong ServiceNow platform expertise
•    JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
•    Integration experience
•    CMDB understanding (where applicable)
•    Good communication and problem-solving skills
