Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO / TRM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver integrated financial processes that support business goals. The role requires fluent English communication without mother tongue influence, as it involves collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO and TRM solutions
•    Work with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and implement best-practice solutions
•    Configure core FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting
•    Configure and support SAP TRM components: Transaction Manager, Risk Analyzer, Market Risk, and Credit Risk
•    Ensure integration of FICO/TRM with other modules such as MM, SD, and Treasury interfaces
•    Support month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting requirements
•    Provide expertise in bank integration, cash management, and financial instruments processing
•    Work with technical teams to ensure custom developments align with business needs
•    Participate in testing, user training, and post-go-live support
•    Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials
•    Collaborate with global teams in English-speaking environments with no language barriers

Required Skills & Experience:
•    8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2+ years in SAP TRM
•    Strong configuration and process knowledge across FI, CO, and Treasury
•    Experience in S/4HANA FICO or TRM is highly desirable
•    Good understanding of financial instruments, risk assessment, and treasury operations
•    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
•    Fluent English communication (verbal and written) with no mother tongue influence
•    Ability to work independently and in a global team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
•    SAP Certification in FICO and/or TRM
•    Experience in the banking, financial services, or manufacturing industries
•    Exposure to SAP FSCM, Cash Management, In-House Cash, or Bank Communication Management
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
•    Experience in working within a managed services or AMS support model
