Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge on Operations and good Excel skills. 
This is not expected to be a external customer facing Role or very minimal interactions. These are the basic expectations from department perspective.

•    Invoicing preparation
•    Maintaining Headcount data, Utilization data/reports
•    Maintaining joiners and Exits data

•    Keep a track of resourcing Requirement and tracker
•    Preparation of Shift Allowances/OT allowances trackers
•    Day to day operation activities, Reports

•    Working closely with Dept Head/Managers/Leads
•    Coordination with external departments e.g.  TA, HR, Central reporting Teams etc
