Job Description: ABAP Developer
Mandatory SAP Technical Skills:
• Minimum 14+ years of extensive experience in SAP ABAP, with proven expertise across full lifecycle implementations, support, and advanced HANA-based developments.
• Must have worked on a minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements (RICEFW).
• Strong experience in OO-ABAP, Adobe Forms, and ABAP on HANA.
• Proven expertise in debugging, analyzing, and enhancing standard SAP objects.
• Strong experience in code performance optimization, best practices, and HANA native features.
• Strong experience/knowledge in OData, CDS, and Web Services.
• Expertise in Fiori tile creation and assignment in catalogs and groups.
• Proficient in ABAP 7.x coding standards and Eclipse (ADT).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in SPAU/SPDD activities.
• Good knowledge of RAP and experience working in RISE environments.
• Good understanding of business processes across SD, MM, FICO, and WM modules.
• Knowledge/experience in cross-platform technologies is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work within an offshore development team to deliver high-quality results for a UK client within defined deadlines for BAU and project work.
• Collaborate directly with clients and functional teams to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement solutions using SAP best practices.
• Provide accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Manage ticket escalations, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions/workarounds with clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to client governance processes for BAU incidents, service requests, and change/enhancement requests.
• Collaboration with business users and the ERP product team.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technical releases and enhancements.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and mentor team members to enhance overall team capability.
