Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, large-scale projects or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role involves strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and driving project governance and excellence. The candidate is expected to bring deep industry expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to

     project management methodologies and organizational standards.
•    Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

     strategies.
•    Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure timely

     and quality deliverables.
•   Conduct regular project reviews, monitor progress, and address deviations

     proactively.
•    Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, defects, and issues with effective action

     plans.
•    Drive stakeholder management, communication, and reporting at all levels,

     including executive leadership.
•    Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality assurance frameworks.
•    Facilitate decision-making, remove project roadblocks, and ensure operational

     alignment with business goals.
•    Monitor project financials, forecast costs, and manage change control processes.
•    Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
•    Support organizational strategy by contributing to PMO best practices, process

      improvements, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•    15–20 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering

      large-scale or complex projects.

      Functional SAP Project Manager(S/4 HANA) Minimum 5 Years experience as SAP

      Project Management(S/4 HANA) with the back ground SAP Functional Consultant

      (FICO/MM/SD/PPQM/PS etc)

      Experience in SAP Project Management( S/4 HANA) Delivery End to End Green Field

      Projects

      Delivery, Good to Have Public Cloud(Grow) / Private Cloud(RISE)
•    Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
•    Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

      skills.
•    Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under high-pressure, dynamic

     environments.
•    Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
•    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience
•    Experience managing multi-year programs or transformation initiatives.
•    Background in (IT/Construction/Manufacturing/Finance—customize as needed).
•    Experience working with global teams and distributed environments.
•    Exposure to risk management, compliance, or governance frameworks.
