SuccessFactors Suite Architect with Implementation and Support Experience.

•    15+ years of experience as a Lead Architect in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, specializing in End-to-End HR Digital Transformations and complex multi-module global rollouts
•    Required: Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must
•    Required: Certification in at least two other SAP SuccessFactors modules, like PMGM, RCM, ONB, LMS, or CDP
•    Working knowledge of Story Reports (People Analytics) or Advanced Reporting
•    Mastery in Solution Architecture: Designing global templates for the Full SuccessFactors Suite and ensuring seamless alignment between business strategy and technical execution.
•    Technical Delivery & Team Leadership: Owning the complete technical delivery of projects, managing and mentoring technical teams, and ensuring high-quality architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Project & Team Management: Leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, resource allocation, and technical risk mitigation to ensure successful on-time delivery.
•    Cross-Regional Support & Enablement: Providing high-level architectural support to AMS (Application Management Services) and Support teams across different regions, acting as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical issue resolution.
•    POC & Innovation Leadership: Leading the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for various regions, translating experimental requirements into scalable solutions, and assisting regional teams with both solutioning and delivery.
•    SAP Cloud Identity & Security: Expert in architecting Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication, and centralized user lifecycle management.
•    AI & Workzone Implementation: Experience in enabling and configuring SAP Joule and SAP Build Workzone
•    Enterprise Integration Strategy: Expertise in architecting complex landscapes involving SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) to connect SF with SAP or Non-SAP 3rd party systems.
•    Advanced Time & Payroll Orchestration: Architecting unified solutions for SF Time Tracking, S/4HANA Time Management, and Global Payroll (ECP/SAP Payroll), including complex schema modifications.
•    Pre-sales & Strategic Advisory: Partnering with Sales and Pre-sales teams to lead discovery workshops, conduct RFP responses, define solution roadmaps, and present high-impact product demonstrations to C-level stakeholders.
•    End-to-End Solution Ownership: Leading the entire project lifecycle from initial bid and requirements gathering to architectural sign-off, implementation oversight, and post-go-live stabilization.
•    SAP S/4HANA & HCM Co-existence: Strategic design of "Side-by-Side" or "Core Hybrid" deployment models, managing the transition from legacy SAP On-Premise to SuccessFactors Cloud.
•    Extensibility via SAP BTP: Expert-level knowledge in using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for "Side-by-Side" extensions and custom application development to meet "Fit-to-Standard" gaps.
•    Data Privacy & Governance: Designing robust security models using Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensuring global compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and local data residency laws.
•    Training & mentoring: Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them to speed on all HR management processes
•    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
•    Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and Support.
•    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development    
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
•    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-level stakeholders.

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree
•    Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow 
•    Business Travel: Project-specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
