As the Technical Consultant for ServiceNow product you are responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow product  solutions and services, in a client consulting environment. The Consultant will be responsible for delivering Industry best practices around ITSM, CSM , Field Service, Knowledge and Contact Center processes, across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. This is a full-time role of ServiceNow Technical Consultant to be based in India, undertaking projects in India and Europe.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for leading implementations, providing technical design lead
  • Responsible for leading large implementations as technical expert
  • Responsible for the development, integration, testing and deployment of the ServiceNow solutions for our customers
  • Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
  • Application UI Configuration
  • Development of required client specific reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform
  • Be a lead member of the overall implementation project team
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on HRSD and ITSM
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
  • Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items through one-on-one sessions or small group workshops.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 3 year of working experience in ServiceNow development and 5 years of total ServiceNow experience
  • Must have experience of minimum two E2E project
  • This is a senior client-facing role requiring interaction with client senior architects, client resources, client process owners & managers & executives
  • Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.)
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing.
  • Extensive experience working in a client-facing consulting & project management roles within the ITSM domain, at least two which have involved the development of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Broad business and technology skills coupled with client interfacing skills.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Implemented best practices for enhancing the performance of the code and team. Should maintain pace with the current technological change and development.
  • Ability to take ownership and delivery as per the requirements
  • Expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow Specialisations is highly desirable.
    • Integrated HR Service Delivery (HRSD) - HR Management
    • IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM
  • ServiceNow CSA, at least one CIS implementation certification is desirable.
