Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional to support the NDBS UK project. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.
Work on HR Service Delivery modules including HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and HR Knowledge Management.
Develop and maintain HR workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support for HRSD applications.
Conduct unit testing, SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and onshore/offshore stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
Good understanding of HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Knowledge Management.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
Experience with integrations and REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and platform fundamentals.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
