Looking for an experienced ITOM Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•    Define ITOM architecture and roadmap
•    Design scalable and high-performing solutions
•    Lead Discovery and Service Mapping implementations
•    Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
•    Ensure best practices and governance
•    Mentor development teams
•    Drive innovation and automation strategies
Required Skills
•    Strong experience in ITOM architecture
•    Expertise in Discovery and Service Mapping
•    Leadership and stakeholder management
•    Deep understanding of CMDB and integrations
•    Strategic thinking and problem-solving
