Experience: 0–1 Year Certified Freshers – SAP SuccessFactors Associate Consultant

Job Summary:
NTT DATA Business Solutions India is looking for enthusiastic and certified SAP SuccessFactors freshers who are passionate about building a career in HR transformation and cloud consulting. Candidates will undergo structured on-the-job learning and work with experienced consultants across implementation and support projects.
 
Required Skills:
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in any module (EC / PMGM / Recruiting / LMS / Onboarding preferred) - Certification Mandatory
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and documentation practices
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to adapt

Educational Qualification:
• MBA (HR / Systems)
• B.Tech / BE
• MCA
• BBA / B.Com or equivalent

Preferred Skills:
• Internship exposure in HR or SAP domain
• Basic understanding of cloud applications and HR systems
