Job Description:

eLearning Development and Production (Primary)
- Convert SME-provided materials (notes, slide decks, demos, job aids, process documents) into engaging eLearning modules.
- Build eLearning modules in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Develop on-screen content, knowledge checks, scenarios, and interactions aligned to defined learning objectives.
- Draft audio scripts and narration notes where applicable.
- Integrate media elements including images, video, and screen captures.
- Produce supporting materials such as job aids, learner guides, and quick reference documents.
Instructional Design Contribution (Secondary)
- Apply adult learning principles within established design frameworks.
- Structure content for clarity, engagement, and usability.
- Design basic interactions and scenarios within predefined templates.
- Identify content gaps and provide recommendations to the TU team.

Quality Assurance and Standards
- Conduct thorough self-QA including proofreading, functionality testing, and media checks.
