Do you love challenges?

The Junior Sustainability Specialist supports the company’s sustainability journey from compliance to transformation by contributing to group-wide ESG reporting, sustainability performance steering, and communication activities that support implementation and awareness. As part of the Global Sustainability Team, the role offers the opportunity to build practical experience in ESG reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and sustainability program execution in an international environment.

Your tasks include:

■ Support the team in implementing ESG and sustainability initiatives across global and local functions

■ Assist in coordinating activities with Local Sustainability Leads and key stakeholders

■ Contribute to sustainability reporting by supporting data collection, follow-up, and consolidation activities

■ Support employee communication and awareness initiatives

■ Maintain documentation, dashboards, and collaboration platforms for transparency and easy access to information

■ Monitor ESG trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations

■ Provide day-to-day operational support to enable smooth delivery of team priorities

Convince us with your potential!

■ Degree in a relevant field, ideally in business, natural, or social sciences, with a focus on sustainability

■ Initial practical experience (e.g., internships or working student roles) in sustainability, project coordination, or a similar environment

■ Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly, both in writing and verbally

■ Confidence in working with data and numbers, combined with a structured and analytical approach

■ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint) is a plus

■ Strong organizational skills and a reliable, structured way of working

■ Team-player mindset with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and international environments

■ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks

■ Very good English skills; German is a strong advantage
