Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
- Lead activities such as customer workshops, solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Employee Central Payroll projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
- Support NTT DATA Business Solutions in thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning and demonstrations.
- Conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
- Engage in self-directed and other learning in the SAP Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and related space, to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure NTT DATA remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate.
Key Qualifications
- Led at least two full-cycle UK payroll implementations with multiple terms and conditions and mid-year go-lives.
- Expert in GB Payroll Schemas and Rules.
- Certified in Employee Central Payroll.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Experience of Payroll integration with other SAP modules including Employee Central and S/4.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including hands-on configuration, integration and testing.
- Technical knowledge about SAP HCM products and, in particular, SAP GB Payroll and integrating with other relevant systems and touch points. Willingness to cross-skill in SuccessFactors modules as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and customer facing skills.
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively members and foster a collaborative team environment.
