Job Title: Senior SAP MM Consultant (14+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with 14+ years of expertise in SAP MM module implementation, support, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of SAP MM solutions

Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into SAP MM functional specifications

Configure SAP MM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams (SAP SD, FI, WM, etc.) for seamless integration

Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements

Handle complex issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization

Lead client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder communications

Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer

Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and developments

Support S/4HANA migration and transformation projects (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

14+ years of experience in SAP MM module

Strong expertise in Procurement (P2P cycle), Inventory Management, and Vendor Management

Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

Experience in integration with SAP FI, SD, WM/EWM

Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain and procurement

Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations

Knowledge of Ariba, SRM, or other procurement tools

Exposure to Fiori apps and SAP UI5

Experience in Agile or Activate methodology

Certification in SAP MM

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

SAP MM Certification is a plus
