Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PowerApps Developer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and AWS Lambda.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
•    Build scalable and automated business workflows using Power Automate.
•    Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps based on business requirements.
•    Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
•    Develop and consume APIs and integrate external services with Power Platform applications.
•    Implement serverless integrations and business logic using AWS Lambda.
•    Configure connectors, custom connectors, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
•    Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
•    Perform application troubleshooting, performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
•    Establish development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
•    Conduct code/design reviews and mentor junior developers.
•    Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
Required Skills
•    10+ years of experience in application/software development.
•    Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
•    Extensive experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
•    Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration and customization.
•    Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
•    Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform connectors.
•    Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
•    Experience with enterprise application development and integration patterns.
•    Good understanding of security, authentication, and role-based access.
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
•    Knowledge of ALM practices for Power Platform, including solution management and deployment.
•    Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 integrations.
•    Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
•    Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
