Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
GTM Senior / Lead
1. Pre Sales Solutioning & Customer Engagement
•    Lead discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and solution mapping for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
•    Deliver high-impact demos in one or more areas namely Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Services.
•    Prepare solution presentations, value propositions, and customer-specific walkthroughs.
•    Support RFIs/RFPs, proposals, and technical clarifications throughout the deal cycle.

2. GTM Activities (Aligned with Global Practice)
•    Create and refine pre-sales assets, pitch decks, value stories, and industry use cases.
•    Localize global GTM assets for NDBS India context (industry, customer maturity, regional references).
•    Conduct internal enablement sessions for sales, consulting, and delivery teams.
•    Ensure alignment with SAP roadmap, product changes, and release updates.

3. Hands-On SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise
•    Perform configuration walkthroughs and demonstrate fit-to-standard processes.
•    Showcase capabilities using CBC (Central Business Configuration), Fiori apps, SAP Best Practices, and released scope items.
•    Explain SAP Public Cloud extensibility, integrations (BTP, Integration Suite), and analytics options.
•    Articulate cloud implementation approaches, project phases, and CALM/ALM usage.

4. Innovation, AI & Cloud Readiness
•    Present emerging Public Cloud capabilities including automation, embedded ML/AI, and agentic AI (Joule).
•    Evangelize SAP’s cloud operating model, upgrades, data migration methods, and extensibility guardrails.
•    Work with CoE teams to position AI-enabled use cases relevant to customer sector challenges.
