Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Location: Nagpur, Delhi NCR

Job Description:

• L2 Support Consultant Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support on SAP MM-related issues (ticket-based)
• Analyze and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Execute minor enhancements (pricing, outputs, order types)
• Support testing (unit and integration)
• Maintins documentation (functional specs, user guides)
• Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to L3.
• Provide on-call or weekend support as needed.

Functional Skills:

• Procure to pay cycle.
• Pricing procedures and conditions
• Special procurement types like STO, Import, Sub-contracting etc.
• Output determination (Forms, Email, IDocs)
• Hands on experience on Material master & vendor master.
• Hands on experience on India localization part (GST).
• Business partner configurations
• Migration cockpit
• GSTR1, GSTR2 and GSTR3 reports
• Third Party Integrations with SAP
• Good Expertise on Batch Management configuration
• IDocs and Interfaces (inbound/outbound)

Integration Knowledge:

• SAP SD, FICO, PP/QM, WM, and EWM
• Middleware (PI/PO, CPI), EDI, Salesforce (if applicable)
