We seek an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager for our Norwegian team who can proactively build trust, create opportunities, and turn conversations into signed deals. This is a role for someone who enjoys the full commercial journey, from identifying opportunities and creating momentum, to leading proposals, negotiating agreements, and setting up delivery teams for success. You will manage and grow a portfolio of Norwegian and international clients, working with local management to expand our business and support growth in Norway.
Key responsibilities:
- Own your customer portfolio, taking responsibility for driving consistent growth through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.
- Create pipeline and move deals forward from initial contact to active deal pursuit.
- Shape compelling customer offers by working with presales and delivery teams to define scope, pricing, commercial structure, and value proposition.
- Lead complex bids by coordinating contributors and ensuring proposals are clear and competitive.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, supporting both customer value and profitable delivery.
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility by tracking deal progress, customer activity, forecast outlook, and next actions across your portfolio.
We believe you will be a strong fit if you bring several of the following:
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or solution sales in a technology, consulting, software, or services environment
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals through a structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity progression.
- Strong commercial mindset in scope, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Ability to engage with a wide variety of customers, build C-level relationships and deliver long-term customer value.
- Experience working closely with presales, consultants, delivery teams, or solution experts to shape customer offers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
