Sales Manager - HR Tech Solutions (NO)

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, strategic thinker who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a dynamic, purpose-led environment. 

What you’ll do

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to signed contracts. You’ll work closely with our Human Experience Management (HXM) and Product Teams to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Developing and executing sales strategies across accounts and territories

• Shape priving strategies based on understanding of market positioning and client feedback

• Building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders 

• Collaborating with internal teams to align efforts and deliver value 

• Leading virtual sales project teams with clarity and purpose 

• Driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction 

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you have: 

• A proven track record in sales and business development 

• Experience or interest in HR operations, SuccessFactors, or document management 

• Confidence in engaging with C-level decision-makers 

• A results-oriented approach balanced with empathy and adaptability 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• A passion for learning and professional growth 

About HR Documents Simplified

Our newest product is a SuccessFactors extension that automates HR document management. It eliminates manual tasks, ensures compliance, and boosts efficiency—helping HR teams focus on what matters most: people.
