We’re on the lookout for passionate professionals experienced in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) to help our clients implement efficient, stable, and profitable logistics solutions.

As an SAP EWM and/or TM Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM / TM solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless warehouse operations, enhance inventory management, and optimize supply chain processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP EWM / TM, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM / TM solutions.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their warehouse management needs.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for EWM and/or TM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EWM / TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Customize and enhance SAP EWM / TM functionalities, inbound/outbound processes.
• Provide end-user training, support, and documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot EWM/TM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated with SAP EWM/TM advancements and provide recommendations to clients on best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM and/or TM implementation and support.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP EWM / TM projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM / TM functionalities (Embedded and Decentralized) and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in warehouse management processes such as goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Familiarity with RF Framework, FIORI application, storage control, and process-oriented warehouse management.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., IDocs, interfaces, middleware).

Soft Skills

• An excellent communicator, fluent in English and preferably also in Norwegian and/or Swedish, with strong presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM and/or TM Certification.
• Experience in SAP TM and S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of automation systems (e.g., conveyor belts, robots) and their integration with SAP EWM.
