Job Description: SAP PM – Support Project
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Fulltime

Role Overview: 

• Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module including:
• Equipment & functional location management
  Maintenance planning (preventive & corrective)
  Work order management and execution
  Notifications and breakdown maintenance
• Gather and analyze business requirements from maintenance and operations teams

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams
• Lead/support implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
• Perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure quality delivery
• Provide production support and resolve issues within SLA timelines
• Integrate SAP PM with MM (Materials Management), PP, and FI modules
• Drive process optimization and maintenance efficiency improvements
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module
  Strong knowledge of:
• Maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management
  Preventive maintenance strategies and scheduling
  Work order processing and history tracking.
• Experience in integration with MM (spare parts), FI (costing), and PP
  Understanding of master data (equipment, BOM, task lists)
  Exposure to breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance workflows
  Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance / IoT integration.
• Exposure to mobile maintenance (PM mobility solutions).
• SAP PM certification (preferred).
• Need to be on-site
