Job Description: SAP PMO Location: [Chennai] Project Duration: [12 months] Employment Type: [FTE] Role Overview: • • 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management. • Coordinate project activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Monitor project progress and track completion against schedules. • Facilitate project kickoff, governance, and status meetings. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive project status reports. • Track project KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). • Support steering committee meetings and governance reviews. • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and project methodologies. • Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures. • Monitor resource utilization and capacity planning. • Assist in effort estimation and cost tracking. • Support invoice validation and revenue reporting activities. • Maintain project financial dashboards. • Coordinate communication among business users, clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Act as a liaison between project teams and leadership. • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder discussions. • Escalate project risks and issues when required. • Maintain project documentation and repositories. • Create meeting minutes, action trackers, and project artifacts. • Ensure project deliverables meet organizational quality standards. • Support audit and compliance requirements. • Coordinate transition and knowledge transfer activities. • Track SLA performance and service delivery metrics. • Support continuous improvement initiatives. • Facilitate service review meetings and operational governance.
