Job Description:

Manage and maintain On premise SAP ECC, S4HANA Private Cloud systems and S4HANA Public Cloud systems, ECC and Public Cloud Transport Management.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Public Cloud job schedule and Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and efficiency.
User Support: Provide technical support to key users and end-users, resolving issues related to SAP Basis and ensuring smooth operation of SAP applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, developers, and other stakeholders to support business processes and project initiatives.
Transport Management: Manage SAP transport landscape, including the creation, movement, and tracking of transport requests and software collection across different environments (development, quality assurance, production)on both On premise and public cloud systems.
Ticket Queue Management: Manage the SAP Basis ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests or forwarding to other support teams.
