Job Description:

This project focuses on providing DevOps and engineering services to support SAP’s compliance critical platforms within Distribution & Technology. The scope covers automation, integration, platform operations, and continuous improvement of several SAP owned services. Key components include Python based automation and integration workflows, Node.js/Vue.js applications for compliance cockpits, and cloud infrastructure services running primarily on GCP and SAP BTP. A strong emphasis is placed on CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), monitoring, security scans, and operational stability. The engagement is structured around multiple service areas and delivery pods, each aligned with SAP retaining product and platform ownership. The goal is to ensure stable, compliant, and scalable operations, while continuously enhancing automation, test coverage, and deployment pipelines. This project is DevOps and operations driven, with architectural decisions mainly focused on platform design, integration patterns, automation, and reliability rather than product feature development.
