JD for CRM Technical (L4)
Key responsibilities
1.CRM Application Customization: Customize SAP CRM applications, including business objects, data structures, screens, and user interfaces, using CRM-specific ABAP tools.
2.Integration: Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP CRM and other SAP or non-SAP systems, such as SAP ERP, using technologies like ALE, RFC, and Web Services.
3.Web UI and Frameworks: Work on CRM Web UI enhancements, BOL/GENIL programming, MVC Concepts and the CRM One Order Framework.
4.ABAP Development: Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, including custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
5.Solution Design: Design and implement technical solutions using various SAP development objects like BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, and IDOCs.
Required skills and qualifications
1.Strong proficiency in ABAP programming.
2.Experience with SAP CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL programming, with strong knowledge of BSP, the MVC framework and the   One Order framework in SAP CRM.
3.Proficiency in ABAP objects, object-oriented programming and SAP CRM specific BAdIs.
4.Experience in developing and enhancing custom actions, PPF actions, and business transactions.
5.Experience in ABAP Proxy objects.
6.Experience in implementing CRM Middleware enhancements and troubleshooting data replication issues. Good knowledge in integration tools like ALE, RFC, and IDOCs and familiarity with web services.
7.Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and root cause analysis in SAP CRM applications.

8.Good understanding of SAP CRM Service business processes.
9.Experience with Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms.
10.Experience in OData services.
