Business Analyst

Overview

Team main objective is to create added value for client customers through digital innovations and simplified customer-oriented service offerings and at the same time to improve efficiency of operation processes and increase sales potential (On- and Offline). 

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and refining system requirements by conducting workshops with stakeholders and documenting user stories in Jira or Confluence.
• Creating visual system models including flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and use case.
• Translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, managing the product backlog and task flow directly in Jira.
• Collaborating with developers and QA teams daily to clarify requirements, participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like daily standups.
• Drafting and updating technical documentation including API specifications
• Validating developed features against the original business requirements and testing APIs using Postman to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Polish – C2, English C1
• university degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
• at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments
• in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams, as well as confidence using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration
• knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis. IREB certification is an advantage
• ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones, as well as occasional travel to workshops or other team locations
