Test Manager (Senior) – End-to-End Business Process Testing

Do you have extensive experience leading testing initiatives across complex business environments?
We are looking for a senior Test Manager who will drive End-to-End (E2E) testing across multiple business units, systems, and programs. In this role, you will focus less on hands-on test execution and more on orchestrating business processes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery across interconnected organizational areas.

About the role

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the E2E testing strategy for business-critical initiatives. You will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, project teams, IT functions, and external partners, ensuring that testing activities align with business processes, dependencies, and organizational goals.

Your responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall End-to-End testing strategy, approach, and governance framework.
• Develop test plans, quality metrics, KPIs, and risk-based testing methodologies.
• Coordinate test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting activities across multiple teams.
• Facilitate decisions by providing clear insights into testing progress, quality risks, and business readiness.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business units, project teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze complex business processes and identify critical scenarios, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Manage stakeholders at various organizational levels, building alignment and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
• Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring testing readiness and business adoption.
• Evaluate the existing testing tool landscape and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Establish effective reporting and dashboards using Power BI or similar solutions.

What we are looking for

• 10–15+ years of experience in Test Management, Quality Assurance, or Program Testing.
• Proven experience leading End-to-End testing within large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of business process management and cross-functional process dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience defining testing strategies, frameworks, KPIs, quality gates, and governance models.
• Strong understanding of defect management, release cycles, risk management, and testing best practices.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in complex delivery environments.
• Experience working with:

  • Playwright
  • Power BI
• Fluent English and German communication skills (written and spoken).
