SKill: SAP Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Private Cloud; Public Cloud preferred) to lead large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have proven delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and exposure to global clients, preferably Japanese customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation/rollout programs.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality assurance.
Drive execution across cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business).
Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, and best practices.
Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Identify and mitigate risks/issues proactively.
Support presales, estimations, and solution planning.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with global teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

14+ years of IT experience with minimum 5+ years in project management roles.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations (Public Cloud exposure preferred).
Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in handling distributed/global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Japanese clients/customers (cultural understanding is a plus).
PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate certification.
Exposure to SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or others.
