Job Description: SAP Security –Support Project
Location: [Pune]

Role Overview: 
 •  Design and implement SAP security and authorization concepts
Manage user roles, profiles, and authorizations across SAP systems
Perform role design, role maintenance, and user administration
Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk mitigation
Work with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tools
Support audit and compliance activities (internal/external audits)
Monitor and resolve security-related incidents and access issues
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with BASIS, functional, and audit teams
Perform security testing and documentation for new implementations
Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA security transitions

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security & Authorization
Strong expertise in:

Role design (single, composite, derived roles)
User administration and access management
SoD analysis and access risk control

Experience in SAP GRC Access Control (AC)
Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA security architecture
Understanding of authorization objects and profiles
Experience in audit compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP S/4HANA security implementation
Exposure to Fiori security (catalogs, groups, roles)
Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM) tools
Knowledge of SAP Cloud (BTP security)
SAP Security / GRC certification (preferred)
