Job Description: SAP SD/TM – Support Project

Role Overview:
Configure and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes:

Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Pricing, Billing, Shipping
Credit Management, Output Determination

Work on SAP Transportation Management (TM):

Freight Order Management
Transportation Planning & Optimization
Freight Costing & Settlement
Carrier Selection & Execution

Integrate SD with TM and other modules:

MM (Materials Management)
EWM / WM
FI (Billing & invoicing integration)

Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications

Participate in:

Solution design workshops
Blueprinting and realization phases
System testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)

Provide production support:

Incident resolution (SLA-based)
Root cause analysis
Continuous improvements

Support interfaces and integrations:

IDOCs, APIs, EDI
SAP S/4HANA TM integration

Work with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and forms

Required Skills
SAP SD

Strong expertise in:

Sales Order Processing
Delivery & Shipping processes
Pricing procedures and condition techniques
Billing and invoicing

Knowledge of copy controls, incompletion log, partner determination

SAP TM

Hands-on experience in:

Freight planning and execution
Freight unit and freight order lifecycle
Charge calculation and freight settlement

Understanding of:

Transportation cockpit
Embedded TM in S/4HANA

Technical & Integration Skills

Integration experience with MM, EWM/WM, FI
Basic knowledge of:

IDOC processing
Interfaces & APIs
Debugging (preferred)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Client-facing communication skills
Ability to work in AMS/Support & Implementation projects
Stakeholder coordination and reporting
 Should be good in documentation Need to be on-site
