 • Work to establish an effective Quality Management system, which would enable the

   organization to meet the CMMI L5 V2.0 and ISO 9001, 27001, BS7799 certification

   requirements.
 • Continuously measure the effectiveness of the Quality management system and institute

    improvement measures. 
•  Drive Quality Assurance and management initiatives and for projects and client

   engagements across the organization
 • Identify and develop initiatives for Process definition and continuous improvements to

    meet the organizations quality Objectives.
 • Collaborate with the Delivery departments to define relevant project metrics and Perform

    statistical analysis on metrics data collated
 • Driving code quality, product quality, product security related initiatives
 • Excellent knowledge of the software Development & testing lifecycle (SDLC, STLC) and

    the process tools.
 • Work with the Delivery Departments to develop comprehensive Testing Methodology

    along with relevant tools and techniques for defect management and root cause

    analysis.
 • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and

    concisely
 • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
 • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical

    advancements

 • Need to be a team player

• Bachelor or Master degree

•   A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in

   any branch of engineering or MBA with 10 -15 years of experience in Designing and

   developing software process improvement initiatives and capability enhancements based

   on ISO, CMMI and TMMI Standards and Frameworks.

•  Expertise in implementing Agile / Lean practices / DevOps and Design Thinking in projects

   and in Risk Management, Estimation & Code Quality metrics monitoring.
 • Expertise in creating and improving Test Strategies , Test Planning, Test Design, Test

   Execution, Defect management and reporting frameworks. 
•  Experience in implementation of Organization level process improvement initiatives
•  High level of collaboration and team building skills with deep internal stakeholder

   alignment and management experience.
 • Strong presentation and influencing skills and ability to interact with different levels of

   management teams.

•  Excellent knowledge of CMMI, ISO Standards along with relevant certifications like

   Six Sigma Black belt, Certified Scrum Master
