The SAP FSM C4C Solutions Architect plays a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions for our clients on everything related to cloud for customer.
The Solutions Architect will work closely with clients to understand the purpose of the project, the business benefits that will be gained, and the functionality required to make the project successful. The Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the discussions and decisions within a SAP Field Service (formerly Coresystems) and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) solution. The Solutions Architect is responsible for developing the overall technical architecture while assisting and directing the technical team in delivering the recommended solution. The Solutions Architect is involved in all phases of a project from discovery to go live; facilitating collaboration between the business and technology to ensure a clear understanding of the solution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate will Lead/Design solutions for implementing SAP FSM and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C)
- The candidate will have demonstrated team leadership and possess configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP Field Service Management Product (formerly known as Coresystems recently acquired by SAP which rebranded it to SAP FSM)
- The candidate must have prior working experience with Customer Service & Field Service Processes.
- The candidate is required to have robust consulting skills, including familiarity with SAP’s ERP Products (SAP S/4 & SAP ECC) and extensive presentation capabilities as this is a client facing role.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management module. The candidate must be proficient in SAP FSM solution (web and mobile applications) with hands-on configuration experience in Field Service Management console and leading the customer on FSM business processes across all roles.
- The consultant must have experience with configuring sub-modules within FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material Journal approval functionality, Smartform settings, Crowd Service and Customer Self-Service functionality.
- The candidate should be knowledgeable with FSM Analytics/Reports dashboards and FSM Master Data Objects.
- Responsible understanding the client’s business needs and for translating functional requirements into application architecture and technical design documents
- The candidate will Diagnose and provide solutions to technical challenges
- The candidate will Provide inputs and direction to senior developers on the team for design and implementation
- The candidate will Work closely with clients to develop and deliver winning SAP FSM and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) strategies
- The candidate will Design, build, test and deploy complex SAP FSM and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) solutions
- The candidate will Develop and lead training to clients on SAP FSM and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) platform functionality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the organization on SAP FSM and SAPSALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) platform questions and troubleshooting efforts
- Assist the SAP FSM and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) team with defining best practices for solutions and providing feedback on proposed solutions.
- Improve NTT DATA Business Solution’s offerings, processes, methodologies, and support business development efforts.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in business process knowledge within one or more of the following Industry Sectors: Distribution, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, CPG
- 7+ years of SAP implementation and/or support experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in hands on full lifecycle, production-scale SAP FSM and SAP SALES & SERVICE CLOUD (C4C) implementations including 1 year as a Architect
- Superior problem-solving skills, creative thinking, critical thinking.
- Demonstrate practical experience in agile development and creative projects to produce unique customer experiences
- At least 3 years’ experience in complex systems projects
- An articulate communicator with all levels of client staff and across various stakeholder groups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Team Player with good communication skills – oral and written
- Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Platform / Technical Skills
- SAP Field Service Management (CoreSystems)
- SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / Service Cloud
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI)
- REST/API services
- Should be well aware of the S/4HANA & SAP ECC both on-premise & cloud integrations.
- Experience with SAP S/4 & SAP ECC a plus
- Experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC), SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) and SAP Service to Cash (STC) a plus.
